Our LOVE month.
Naturally I rebel any commercialized holiday. I don’t love the idea of feeling obligated to buy something just because society says. But I do love the idea of embracing and focusing on all the things in life we love.
So this February my challenge to you is, within your daily gratitude practice, choose to focus on the things in life you love! Make sure you focus on different aspects of your life daily. Anywhere from work, family, friends, nature and anything in between.. and of course, don’t forget YOURSELF!
Sending yourself some love on a daily basis can create a shift in your life you never thought possible. Being gentle with ourselves as we navigate through life, will minimize our anxiety and stress levels, which can contribute to more enjoyable time spent with the people you love, doing the things you love. 🙏🏻
Take one day at a time.
