Who ever said you need to be on a diet to be healthy and feel good? If you think about “diets” they almost scream the exact opposite. “Don’t eat this, avoid that nutrient, don’t eat at this time” and all it’s doing is creating more confusion for you AND your body.
The 4 Week ‘No Diet’ Meal Plan is an EASY 4 week meal plan to help you organize healthy meals and start listening to what your body really needs. It helps you think ahead, be prepared, and adjust your needs on a daily basis. The plan is built vegan, but is easy to add additional eggs or meat if desired as part of the meal.
This is a mindfulness practice more than anything. Start listening to your body, give it what it needs in each moment and be kind to yourself.
